PRACTICES
All practices are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at Brundage Park by the tennis wall or Freedom Park at the end of the season. Practices typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour. Start times will change during the season, becoming earlier as we lose daylight.

• 6:00 @ Brundage Park starting 9/5/22
• 5:30 @ Brundage Park starting 9/26/22
Times and dates above are estimates and may change. All practice time changes will be confirmed on the TeamSnap.
Runners should plan to be at practice on time, and parents must be at the park at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled finish time. Layers of breathable garments are essential. Always bring plenty of fluids regardless of temperature. A pair of quality athletic sneakers in good condition is advisable. It is not necessary to inform us if you can not make a practice.
During practices, it may be necessary to have four or five adults positioned around the course at Brundage Park or Freedom Park to ensure the safety of all of the runners and to encourage them to work hard. Please plan to help out during at least one practice during the season. The coaches will direct each volunteer to a spot on the course.
